Shipping & Returns


Customized Orders
All customized rings are created for the client and will be a final sale. Customized rings will require approx. 3–4 weeks production time, plus additional time for shipping. If you need a ring by a certain date, please contact us and we will try our best to expedite your order, and if warranted, a rush fee will apply. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your item has been shipped.


In-Stock Items

In-Stock rings ordered Monday through Friday will usually leave the studio the following business day. Orders placed during weekends will be processed on the following Monday. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your item has been shipped. All rings sold on this site are intended for personal use and are not for resale. 


Changes and Cancellations
After placing your order, you have 24 hours to notify us of any changes or cancellations in your order details. Once the order has been processed, no cancellations or changes are allowed. 


Shipping
All orders will be shipped by UPS or FedEx with a required signature unless otherwise requested. All packages will be fully insured unless otherwise stated on the product page. Shipping takes up to 7 business days depending on your location, so please plan ahead when choosing the shipping method. We do not ship to P.O. Box numbers. 

Please note that the delivery times you choose at checkout are only estimates and the actual delivery date is dependent on the carrier, and may vary accordingly. Christine Vasan is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to force of nature or other unmanageable events. Please also note that shipping charges are non-refundable and we do not pay for shipping, duties or taxes on any items which are returned to us.  
 
Local pick-up
Customers have the option of picking up the ring(s) from our Brooklyn office or our Pleasantville, New York studio instead of having them shipped. Please note that the item(s) to be picked up at our studio is subject to NY State Sales Tax which must be collected at the time of pick up if not paid at checkout. Pick up hours are limited and appointments must be made in advance.  

International Orders
We ship internationally via UPS. Shipping charge of $75.00 ($45.00 for Canada) will be added to the price of our products. Shipping is usually between 3–6 days depending on the country. Please plan ahead for customs clearance time. All packages will be insured. Additional imports, customs, and sales taxes may be added in accordance with your country's specific requirements. All additional fees are to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. You will be responsible for any customs duties or clearances for all shipments.


Payment Methods
We currently accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.
 
Sales Tax
Upon checkout, sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to locations in New York State.
